Additional costs

Complete web site design

In order to avoid increasing the cost of our packages, through including services that many people will not need from us, we have kept some of our services separate.

Complete web site design packages do not include costs for domain name registration, web server or email hosting, paid search engine submissions, certain stock photography images, and other costs beyond the scope of actual project design.

However, we can provide affordable recommendations for hosting and other services and we will always provide at least one design alternative not requiring expensive stock photography, which is usually around $98 an image—we can usually find excellent stock photography for just one dollar an image.

Web site packages also do not include server-side programming—although some may be included at our discretion, market research, extensive copywriting, or ongoing services such as search engine optimization, web server administration, site updates, revisions, or expansions—solicited after the site has been launched.

If you need any of these services, look at our Maintenance plans section, or contact us to work out additional cost for an affordable, ongoing maintenance plan that fits your needs.

We require up-front payment for additional service-fees (such as domain name registration, stock photography, etc.) prior to acquiring these products or services on your behalf.

Training and Consulting

Training and consulting Maintenance plans do not include cost for travel and lodging expenses, if the session is held outside of the Eugene Oregon area.
