Behind the scenes:

This concept came to me while browsing through one of my photo collections. Something in the way that the text floats over the fixed background image is reminiscent of water flowing over a resting fish.

There are a lot of directions we can go with this site. Right now we have a template that can be expanded into as many pages as necessary, we can change the colors, brightness, typeface, the layout, and more.

Pricing

The actual price on this site will be determined by how many pages we end up with and any other special features we include. There will be a 10% overall discount for whoever decides they want to use this design—my usual discount for sites that I create without having a home already in mind.

Logo design

There isn't a logo for this site. I placed the words Koi Pond (my working title) over the shadow window to illustrate that a short text box or some other graphic can go there as well. The domain name www.KoiPond.com has been taken, so we'll need to find another name to go with this site before it goes live.

Web copy

The blocks of pseudo-Latin—“Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet”—are a common filler text to substitute for the web copy that will eventually take its place.
